As the Head of Talent Acquisition based in our vibrant Copenhagen or Stockholm office, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and driving our growth. Your primary focus will be on revolutionizing the approach to hiring – making it efficient, compliant, sustainable, and, most importantly, human-centered. Leading a team of two talented individuals, you'll be an integral part of our People and Culture function, reporting directly to Sarah Wahlström, our CPCO.

Your core focus areas will be:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Define and improve key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
  • Enhance the company's employer brand through targeted branding initiatives and effective communication.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that values diversity and promotes continuous learning and growth.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the capabilities of the talent acquisition team.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate closely with hiring managers, senior leaders, and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment activities, metrics, and market trends to align with business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on talent acquisition strategies, industry trends, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with the other managers/head of in the PC&W team

To rock in this role, you have:

  • A proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related role, with a focus on leadership and strategy.
  • A growth mindset, curious about the latest and greatest in talent attraction and recruitment
  • Strong understanding of employer branding, candidate experience, and technology trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership abilities, including team management, coaching, and development.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive recruitment strategies and decision-making.
  • A proactive, innovative, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Experience and knowledge of culture and recruitment within the Nordic markets.
