In our department People Resource Management (PRM) we are excited to have an incredible dedicated work force of highly competent site assistants, ready to support Vestas’ projects with ad hoc assignments in Europe and beyond. Their site assistants work on activities in pre-assembly, installation, commissioning both on and offshore, supporting some of the largest wind farm projects in the world. the role
As Team leader for a team of Offshore Commissioning Supervisors you will be responsible for,

- Management of and developing direct reports and overall team.
- Motivate employees and secure work-life balance
- Hiring, training and developing Supervisors
- Responsible for allocation of qualified, engaged, motivated competencies between Supervisor teams and - Projects, according to project specifications at the right time
- Responsible for driving the overall direction/agenda from Installations and Commissioning Management towards the team

Furthermore, your tasks will include:

- Ensure trained resources for project execution according to Vestas and country specific demands
- People management - conducting regular 1:1 meetings and individual development plans with Site Assistants
- Forecasting of Site Assistants based on Project Pipeline
- Budget responsible for cost center (time registration, travel, training costs etc. and follow-up)
- Hiring and termination process of Site Assistants together with HR
- Onboarding, training and development plan for Site Assistants
- Execution of HR processes - People Review, Merit, Continuing professional development dialogue
- Performance evaluation of Site Assistants in cooperation with internal stakeholders
- Ensure close corporation with project teams/site management to ensuring fulfillment of project demands with correct competencies, experience and training.
