Join us in this role where you’ll be part of the greater Global Marketing department and be responsible for enabling efficient and effective development, optimisation, and operations of our global web portfolio, securing our websites are best in class. Your role owns and is responsible for managing our +60 websites, ensuring consistency, brand & content alignment, and an enhanced user journey.

Welcome to Digital Enablement & MarTech
You’ll be leading the Global Web Portfolio team where you, together with your colleagues, will work in and lead a team of four web specialists and advisors that are based both in Poland and in Denmark. Your team’s day-to-day tasks consist of project management, continuous improvement, and optimisation of all sites (UX research & testing), training and governance. Together, you’ll build new sites and landing pages, maintain, and optimise web performance and foster a global web community. Your team will be in close alignment with Product Owners in Agile Delivery on development of new functionality. We work closely together with IT in a Scaled Agile set up. The ART (Agile Release Train) manages all technical operations and development of our web portfolio and digital infrastructure. As a team, we have a collaborative approach to our tasks, and we nurture an atmosphere of respect for each other’s competencies.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • Setting the strategic direction and ensuring continuity of web operations
  • securing successful implementation and steer of major web initiatives, such as redesigns and restructures
  • gathering input from regions, markets etc. to understand needs and qualify the future of our web portfolio
  • securing good relationship with relevant global key stakeholders and web site owners
  • fulfilling the job as a people leader, being responsible for development of team members, continuously dialogue about prioritisation, capacity, and wellbeing.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are a competent and talented leader with potential for further growth and know the importance of good teamwork and team spirit by motivating people to perform at their best
  • are accomplished in stakeholder management and have the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, such as for instance IT and other relevant internal stakeholders
  • have a deep understanding of the core elements of a digital web infrastructure, UX, IA and user journeys and have experience in leading and driving a web portfolio
  • are curious, and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices within web management and development
  • are fluent in English both written and oral.
