We have recently relaunched our scaled agile framework, including 4 new Agile Release Trains. As our organization continues to evolve, our Coaching team is expanding. We are seeking an Agile Coach with a talent for implementing efficient work methods across all organizational levels.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
The focus of the Coach team is to operationalize the Agile@JYSK Framework and refining both strategic and tactical aspects.

You will primarily collaborate with Agile Teams at the operational level, supporting the implementation of the Agile@JYSK Playbook within Agile Release Trains and Teams. Additionally, you will address tactical and strategic changes to eliminate barriers in our global delivery organization.

The Business Agility Department supports the entire value chain, from purchasing to delivery at our customers' homes, with IT playing a crucial role in this end-to-end journey. Together with Test Managers, Scrum Masters, and Release Train Engineers, you will breathe life into the Agile@JYSK playbook and methodologies, ensuring their adoption throughout the organization.

Your responsibilities in this role include:

  • Providing guidance to multiple teams at different maturity levels, empowering them to take ownership and achieve high performance
  • Mentoring core agile roles to support their development in their positions professional growth
  • Promoting consistent work methodologies across the organisation
  • Building an understanding of agile development, including fundamental principles and Scrum/KANBAN concepts
  • Contributing to the refinement of the Agile@JYSK playbook in collaboration with other Coaches, integrating insights from Agile Release Trains and Teams
  • To excel in this position, you may have a background as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, IT Project Manager, or Management Consultant, where leadership, agility, and change management are central to your skillset.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
Prior to joining JYSK in this role you might have been an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer or similar Agile-related role.

Furthermore, we are looking for a new colleague who:

  • Has solid experience in (scaled) agile practices
  • Brings a minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Scrum master or in a similar Agile-related role
  • Experience with the collaboration between Business and IT is advantageous
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills, capable of promoting Agile Values and principles across different organizational levels
  • Has hands-on experience with organizational transformations and implementations, preferably in agile environments
  • Is able to translate theory into practice with a pragmatic approach to theory and methods
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (knowledge of Danish is a plus)
  • Is decisive and results-driven, with the ability to adapt to changing conditions
  • Preferably holds a master's degree in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field
