  • Assisting and taking responsibility for negotiating technical service agreements and contract management
  • Taking active responsibility for energy management and ongoing optimization of energy consumption
  • Budget planning, reporting of consumption and savings, KPIs, and document management
  • Contract responsible for contracts with suppliers and responsible for daily cooperation

Furthermore, we in the team are open to your input, which you can contribute, and therefore, you will have the opportunity to shape the content of the role based on your skills and ideas.

About You
We welcome a diverse background and are open to various experiences and expertise in our team, but here is an overview of what you could bring:

Experience:

  • Background as a mechanist, engineer, or similar technical understanding
  • Experience with the operation, maintenance, and optimization of technical installations in properties, as well as an understanding of the importance of indoor climate for the needs of internal stakeholders
  • Familiarity with working with IT, and perhaps insight into Iconics/Scada/Beckhoff systems

Personal Competencies:

  • Passionate team player who is enthusiastic about collaboration and people.
  • Ability to maintain an overview during busy periods with diverse tasks
  • Initiative-driven and willing to take responsibility when necessary
  • Structured approach to tasks with the ability to prioritize and see situations in a larger context
  • Comfortable working partially at the desk and coordinating with colleagues and external partners
  • Skilled at building constructive collaboration and making decisions under pressure
  • Interest and passion for areas such as sustainability, innovation, and optimization

Sounds wonderful? We can't wait to hear from you.
