Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Technical Project Manager to join our Testing and Validation department in Brande. As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the testing and validation activities of turbine components, collaborating closely with two teams and reporting directly to Head of Operational Testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical project management initiatives related to test activities, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives and timelines.
• Develop and manage time schedules for tasks within the testing teams, ensuring efficient project execution.
• Provide support to two team leads on daily operational project management tasks, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Take responsibility for external craftsmanship on test rigs, ensuring EHS and quality standards are met and maintained.
• Assist in inventory management activities to ensure optimal resource allocation and availability.
• Be the one point of contact to real estate for future activities.

Requirements:

• Technical expertise and the ability to effectively collaborate with blue-collar workers.
• Education in marine engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation in technical principles.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within a technical or engineering environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering results within specified timelines.
