Our People Planning & Analytics team is looking for a dedicated and motivated Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission of fostering a data-led culture!

Core Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst supporting Skills Development and Learning experiences across the LEGO Group, you will play a crucial role in setting out the data strategy, obtaining and demonstrating data and insights to drive strategic decisions and enhance the effectiveness of our Skills Development offering.

  • Support creation of the data strategy for Skills Development in conjunction with the Head of Learning, Development & Operations.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of various datasets to extract meaningful insights and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Design, deploy and develop interactive dashboards to visualise key performance indicators and track the ongoing success of learning programs.
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of data through thorough validation and verification processes.
  • Advocate for a data-led culture within the organisation, influencing partners to make informed decisions based on data, inc. upskilling their data capabilities.
  • Communicate complex technical findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate holds a relevant educational background within Data Science, Business Intelligence, Computer Science Business, Finance, or similar as well as 5+ years of experience in a People Analytics function, preferably in a larger global environment. In addition, you are used to partnering with the business to deliver analytics projects as well as you bring:

  • Solid expertise in analytics, visualisation tools (like PowerBI, Visier, Workday, Power Automate and advanced Excel)
  • Experience in data exploration, analytics and coding i.e. SQL/Python
  • Excellent communication skills and advanced proficiency in English in both speech and writing
  • A good understanding of Learning & Development / Skills Development approaches, theories and practices will be an advantage
