About the team | Strong cooperation
In our team we specifically work on creating insurance for Commercial customers. We are responsible for both developing the digital insurance platform as well as developing new products.

You will be part of our strong Private IT Development-team, which is partnering with Tryg Commercial Lines. Our team thrives on a unpretentious culture of open communication, strong skills, and a vibrant atmosphere. Our dedicated colleagues are operating within Commercial ART that are based upon SAFe in various agile teams. As a key player, you'll strengthen our ongoing partnerships and ensure seamless cooperation across all levels with stakeholders such as Product Management, Business owners and Development-teams.

About the role | Delivering value
Step in to a role where you as a servant leader will drive ART events, processes, and supports teams in delivering value. Your role will be crucial in removing impediments, managing risks, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement is the cornerstone.

Your leadership will inspire change by integrating traditional structures with agile methodologies to enhance our organizational agility to build and grow a thriving agile organization. You have the stamina of continuous improvement and ability to link the old with the new world and help organization and people change.

Core tasks:

• Facilitate PI planning readiness by continuous exploration that drives the Roadmap and backlog trough a Pre- and Post-PI planning events
• Facilitation of the Major ART events such as PI planning, inspect and adapt and much more.
• Manage, improve and optimize value flow through commercial ART. This is done by focus by implementing and improving practices around DevOps and release on the demand.
• Contributes to coach the teams to collaborate and have a Lean minds set

With a profound understanding of Lean and Agile methodologies, your experience as a Release Train Engineer has honed your abilities to adapt and lead effectively across various contexts. Whether it's serving, coaching, facilitating, or directing, you know how to apply the right approach at the right time. Your background may be diverse, but your foundation is solid, possibly rooted in one of the masteries of the agile coaching competency framework. If there are gaps in your knowledge, we're here to fill them.
