As our new colleague in Finance Operation, you will be part of Accounting in Lystrup, which currently has a total of 13 employees.
You will be located in Lystrup, and you will join a team of ambitious and dedicated finance colleagues, where we pride ourselves on supporting and motivating each other in a fun environment. We can guarantee you an exciting and challenging role with business impact and close contact to our finance colleagues as well as HR.
In collaboration with your accounting colleagues, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and correct management of the operational and administrative tasks in Finance Operations, where most tasks will be related to Accounts Payable.

In addition, your area of responsibility will also cover:

  • Identifying and driving process improvements through our weekly Visual Management Board meetings
  • Create, monitor, and report relevant KPIs according to our process goals
  • Conducting bank reconciliation
  • Approval and posting of expenses from internal travel expenses
  • Handling of voucher, canteen accounts and registration of gifts and hospitality
  • Preparation of documentation for the above in connection with annual accounts

How to succeed in this position?
We are looking for a relationship builder and a team player, who masters cooperation and coordination with colleagues as well as external advisors at all levels.
To succeed, we expect you to have experience or a relevant education within bookkeeping.
Moreover, you are interested in optimization and digitalizing processes in general and you possess a goal-oriented mindset, work with high integrity and are known for always doing your utmost to meet deadlines..
You have solid communication skills and excellent Danish and English skills both verbal and in writing. You are used to working with MS office programs, and well-structured at a sufficiently detailed level.
