Are you passionate about implementing and rolling out ERP systems and are you able to deliver high-class support?

In our Business Application Team, we receive a lot of new requests to roll out more modules and functionality in our ERP systems, hence we are looking for an engaged and service-minded new colleague who is eager to help with the implementation. The job includes a high variation of tasks, from analysis of business requirements and being a key person in the implementation to daily support of end users and superusers.

In BWSC we are working with IFS, so it will be an advantage if you already have knowledge of this ERP system.

What will you do
We offer a role in a team of competent colleagues. The IT Team has twelve people today, four of them in the Business Applications Team. As an ERP consultant you must have a good understanding of the users’ needs and requirements and you must be able to evaluate the tasks from the user’s point of view.

You will work cross-organisational both in our business areas (Operations, Technology and Commercial) and in our supporting functions (Corporate Finance, QHSE, People and Compliance).

To be successful in this job it is very important that you can communicate clearly in a simple way and that you enjoy working with people in all parts of the organisation.

Your background can be many, but we expect that you have experience from a similar position. It is important that you have good IT competencies and can build bridge between the system and the business processes.

As an ERP consultant your tasks will include:

  • Advising and sparring with the users, to identify the best solution for their needs and requirements.
  • Participating in the implementation of initiatives according to the prioritization set by our ERP Steering Committee.
  • Implementing and testing new modules /systems.
  • Supporting end users and superusers and participating in troubleshooting of errors together with our vendor.
  • Developing documentation e.g. user guides, and training users in how to use the system.

What do you bring to the field
We foresee that the ideal candidate is passionate about their work, good at taking initiative, and can work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • You have a background from a similar job, and you have 2-3 years of experience.
  • You can work independently and are solution oriented.
  • You like to work closely together with the users and can transfer the users’ needs into solutions.
  • You are driven by working with projects and initiatives which contributes to developing the company’s ERP system.
  • You are a team player with good interpersonal skills both when it comes to interacting with colleagues and customers.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and IT in general.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Danish skills are an advantage
