for international market leader of Digital Adoption to business systems
To our client ClickLearn in central Copenhagen, we are on the lookout for a creative and self-driven B2B Marketing Manager in the position between product marketing, content strategy and campaign execution. In other words, the position requires both a strategic commitment and good portion of execution as well. Experience with B2B marketing is a must-have and having worked with or experience within elearning/training/documentation/work instructiona/user adoption/enterprise software is a huge plus.

Your primary responsibilities will be to deeply understand, identify and develop the customer value drivers to be able to refine and execute on the content strategy and marketing campaigns.

Based on your curiosity and enthusiasm to understand the ClickLearn products, B2B markets and end-users, you will

  • Drive strategies and develop new problem-solving direction for the ClickLearn marketing of their products
  • Identify target customers, their needs, and how ClickLearn products will meet these needs
  • Develop messaging materials to clearly communicate the solutions and benefits to prospective customers
  • Create and take initiative to drive new digital marketing formats (e.g. audiovisual) in a demand generation perspective
  • Initiate campaigns and promote customer success stories based on your interviews of international customers and partners – or ICP’s
  • Take responsibility for the communicative angle in the company’s marketing material together with your team colleagues
  • Create and follow up on success metrics and ensure scalability focus of your efforts

You will be part of their rapidly growing digital marketing team (content writer, paid specialist, SEO specialist), working to deliver world-class sales & services. The marketing, sales and customer care as well as management teams will take care of all your training requirements, and you will report directly to the Chief Digital Officer.

ClickLearn is entirely owned by management who you will be working directly with. Moreover, the team is having serious fun every day, seeing their product spread all over the world. They are now 60 people in total, 25 in the Copenhagen office.

Your personal skills and qualities
You have a digital mindset, have excellent communication skills when it comes to marketing of technology, and a drive for the product marketing side. You have +3 years of experience from a similar marketing position in SaaS tech growth company or advertising agency dealing with IT companies or similar.

It is vital that you have a natural interest in data, and you wish to use these insights to improve your next projects. Also, you have experience using Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SemRush, Campaign Monitor, Hootsuite or similar – and of course AI chat platforms.

We expect that you are fluent in English or American as everything ClickLearn communicates is in English. You are able to write about technology clearly with the ability to distill complex business and technology concepts into easily understood value statements.

As a person you are curious, are eager to understand tech products and their markets/users, you love to talk to and interview people and you challenge formats. You are efficient and take pride in meeting deadlines.
You do not see glory in working long hours, and you demand that your workday is interesting.
