Position Overview
Our marketing and commercial teams are passionate about bringing our Oncology medicines to the patients. Through customer and patient engagements, we strive to understand their needs and to provide solutions to provide access to the right patients at the right time.

As the Cluster Commercial Lead (CCL) Oncology and Alliances, you will be responsible for leading commercial operations, marketing, investment planning, and portfolio optimization supporting the launch and growth of our innovative Oncology products in close collaboration with the cluster markets, regional teams and alliance partners.

Primary activities and Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Forecasting: Lead financial planning in collaboration with Markets, Cluster and Regional Finance teams. Manage forecast modeling, including ongoing tracking of key assumptions, risks, and opportunities to the operating plan. Work closely with leadership teams to craft forecast narrative and coordinate contributions from various stakeholders.

Opportunity Identification: Validate markets' strategic choices, identify common opportunity spaces, and consolidate planning and investment choices across the portfolio. Support cluster markets in strategic marketing planning and excellence and ensure effective collaboration between all stakeholders. Work closely with markets to identify Oncology Investment Portfolio opportunities, synergies and efficiencies.

Launch Execution Excellence: Ensure launch execution excellence to bring our Oncology innovations to more patients, faster. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage best practices and enable data-driven decisions to support trade-off decisions, investment allocations, and maximize revenue growth for the cluster within the portfolio.

Support Cluster Markets: Act as a point of contact for cluster markets, regional Oncology teams, and strategic alliances to optimize cross functional collaboration, patient access and profitability.

Alliance Leadership: Lead our oncology alliances to maximize the potential of the partnerships. Continuously revisit and optimize the go to market model with clear roles and responsibilities in all countries. Ensure Our Company's resources are allocated according to patient and business potential.

Measurement and Reporting: Collaborate and enhance the measurement and reporting of investments across the portfolio on an ongoing basis. Lead prioritization efforts related to the portfolio as well as priority alignment across customer-facing teams.

The Role is a part of the Nordic/Baltic Cluster Marketing Team and reports to the Cluster Marketing Director.

Experience & Competencies

  • Relevant Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, business consultancy, business development, or a related field, demonstrating strong business savviness and executional excellence.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen for revenue, volume, and profit goal development, as well as P&L management.
  • Analytical and Marketing Expertise: Strong analytical skills with substantial marketing experience, including expertise in developing and executing profound marketing plans.
  • Strategic Planning: Strong ability towards prioritization and planning. Possess a strategic mindset with a focus on customer value and affordability. Understand evolving and future customer unmet needs in a fast-moving and competitive environment.
  • Flexibility and Innovation: Flexible mindset with a curiosity to tackle new challenges. Embrace change and proactively seek opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Self-Motivation and Drive: Exhibit high self-motivation and a burning desire to succeed. Maintain a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to interact empathetically with others. Effectively communicate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.   • Digital Effectiveness: Drive innovation and adapt to changes for delivering value to healthcare professionals and patients. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, project management, and digital effectiveness tools.
  • Location and Language: Based in any of the Nordic or Baltic countries with fluency in English, possessing strong communication skills in both written and verbal.
