About the role

As part of the freight forwarding team in Denmark, you will display proactive focus on cross-functional work in order to provide our customers with good service.
You will be responsible for part of the daily operational planning of both full load and Partload from a cost and need perspective. Moreover, you will work with planning of booked transports with customers, hauliers and warehouses. The contact persons include our own internal colleagues in various functions, as well as external.
In addition to this, the role also requires you to identify and follow up customer flows at current customers in order to ensure that we offer a high level of service and support for our customers needs. In order to be successful in this area, you need to be an excellent problem solver with a proactive approach.

- You have at least 5 years experience of freight forwarding or a similar role within logistics
- Good communication track record as well as language skills in Danish and English
- IT savvy and used to learning new systems
