We are looking for a new Sales Responsible for Finland and Ireland. This is a great opportunity where you can develop your sales skills in an international setting.

You will become part of a skilled and ambitious sales department with 30 dedicated colleagues. We all have the same passion for our work, and we strive to do our best - everyday. Great things are happening in VILA, and we have just implemented a new setup for our sales organisation, which means you will have the chance to be part of the new VILA Sales from the beginning.

A CENTRAL ROLE IN SALES
As our Sales Responsible you will be responsible for the development and execution of sales strategies for Finland and Ireland, ensuring that we achieve our budget objectives. Based on your sales experience, you quickly identify what is needed in your market to create sales growth. Additionally, you frequently follow up on performance and objectives with our local sales team, creating a constant focus on sales activities and results. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring that your markets always have the right product mix, thereby, increasing the turnover in all categories.

More specifically, your areas of responsibility include:

  • Develop, evaluate and follow-up on sales initiatives
  • Build, expand and develop strong relations with online and wholesale customers
  • Daily contact with the Sales Representatives in the markets
  • Daily and weekly follow-up on sales figures, product performance, as well as budgets
  • Plan, prepare and manage sales promotional initiatives
  • Participate in internal collection meetings

A STRUCTURED MIND WITH A KEEN EYE FOR SALES
It’s important to us that you are skilled in creating great cooperation and relationships with both Sales Representatives in the markets and with customers. You motivate and inspire your colleagues and communicate structured plans in a way that enables them to transform them into actionable sales initiatives. With your competitive mind-set and your high personal drive, it is given for you to deliver, take responsibility and make a success of whatever you embark on. Moreover, we are looking for the following qualifications:

  • Experience that shows that you can translate sales strategies into result-generating actions
  • A couple of years of sales experience, from either the fashion or lifestyle industry
  • Knowledge of wholesale and E-commerce
  • Experience with working across cultures
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
