Hi, we’re MODU — an entrepreneurial company in rapid growth that designs modular building toys to bring more imagination and play into everyday life.

From our cozy office in Copenhagen, we have a lot of fun sharing our vision and products with the world. Right now, we are looking for a caring doer to assist our support team in managing daily customer service and handling ad-hoc tasks at the office.

Your tasks at MODU will include…

• Providing customer service and manage customer inquiries on Instagram and Facebook
• Daily community management on Instagram and Facebook, building and maintaining the MODU-verse community
• ...this includes responding to customers and tapping into relevant conversations while being consistent with our playful tone-of-voice
• Identifying and reporting recurring customer problems and sharing initiatives on how to improve our services
• Ad hoc tasks such as managing orders, coordinating with our warehouse, attending events, and building fun stuff at the office

Your strengths…

• You’re strong in written communication — English and Danish
• You’re service-minded and always keep the customers’ needs in mind
• You know how to solve problems creatively and efficiently
• You’re self-driven and take responsibility for your own tasks

If you have prior experience in customer service, that’s great! But it’s not a requirement. The most important thing is that you are passionate about helping others, and have strong communication and organizational skills.

You’ll be joining a small team with big ambitions, and playful ideals. At MODU, we embrace curiosity and a culture of openness, fostering an environment where your unique perspective matters.

The position is part-time, approximately 8-16 hours per week, with flexible hours. Remote work is possible, with a minimum requirement of one day in the office per week.
