Engineering Manager – to execute large scale pharma engineering projects

About the role
We have an inclusive team of around 50 colleagues with different expertise areas, nationalities, and years of experience. We interact with the whole project organization as our goal is to lead and coordinate the project team in the same direction. How you might spend your days
As an Engineering Manager at NNE, you’ll be working with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team where you’ll be:

• Managing the engineering activities of our projects that cover the full range from small-scale production to high-volume production facilities.
  
• Teamed up with an experienced colleague and join our onboarding and buddy/mentor program to ensure a great start.
  
• Playing a significant role in specification of engineering activities, technical scope definition and scope management as a member of the engineering management group.
  
• Spearheading the review and verification activities to ensure cross-disciplinary consistency and project compliance.
  
• Supervising project deliverables and activities, and report findings to the Project Director
  
• This basically means that you as a team make sure that the projects are organized properly to allow full utilization of resources and timely deliveries

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

• You have an engineering (preferably mechanical or process) or similar background and 5-10 years of relevant working experience.
  
• You have knowledge of and experience with project execution, preferably combined with theoretical training such as PMP, BSc in Project Management.
  
• You are fluent in English (spoken and written).
