The position
As a Project Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Manage cross-functional projects within construction, facilities, and utilities using your project management toolbox, cutting across several different job families, facilitating our expansion and growth and optimizing and developing processes.
- Support key decisions throughout the project, including milestones, and provide clear goals and purpose for the project team members.
- Organize project teams, assign responsibilities, develop project schedules, and determine resource requirements.
- Create effective and transparent systems, structures, and processes to drive the project, applying essential project management tools and methods.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, meeting scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as a project manager, specializing in construction, engineering, facilities, and utilities.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.
- A degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Danish is considered highly beneficial.
