Your mission…
As an IT Graduate, you will get the opportunity to gain solid IT, business, and digital experience, as well as insights into a big international organization. You will get a unique opportunity for personal and professional development within a multinational company and gain first-hand experience of working with business, in one of the leading FMCG companies. The L’Oréal office in Copenhagen is the Headquarters for our Nordic IT Services covering Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland. You will work closely together with the CIO alongside IT Project Managers representing all 4 countries, all 4 functional divisions as well as corporate functions. The Graduate will report directly to the Nordic CIO.

We are looking for a Graduate who is ready to be a team player in an IT Data team within an international organization. You will be part of our journey to deliver new digital tools and services, especially within our data domain.

You will...

  • Assisting in business- and digital/data projects with a substantial amount of coordination between the four different L’Oréal divisions and appointed key users
  • Analyzing business relevant data sources, from data visualization to forecasting models
  • Propose data-driven solution, starting from standard models to more advance one
  • Assisting the IT Project Managers in rolling out various priority projects in close corporation with business/digital/data as well as IT-Europe at the global headquarter in Paris
  • Supporting daily business/digital/data demands and incidents
  • Follow-up on department trainings and coordinate team action plans
  • Preparing presentations and designing slides in PowerPoint
  • Administration and planning/organization of team meetings/events

Your profile…

  • A M.Sc. Degree with specialization in IT/Engineering/Mathematics/Physics/Econometrics or you have recently graduated.
  • Good knowledge of fundamental concept related to Time series, Stochastic processes, trends analysis and standard forecasting models (like seasonals models, regression models etc)
  • Good knowledge in Python or equivalently in R, with proven exams where Labs were based on analytical use cases performed in one of the mentioned languages.
  • Good knowledge of neural networks and machine learning fundamental theory. Good ability to compare models and interpret outputs.
  • Good ability in writing methodologies and tests to support final analysis.
  • Some familiarities with cloud technologies, preferably GCP or Azure.
  • A Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred but not necessary.
  • You are proactive and service-minded with the ability to seek solutions for all stakeholders
  • You have strong coordination skills and the ability to work with details and you have a structured approach to problem-solving and are able to quickly grasp key issues
  • You communicate technical matters in a non-technical way to the business partners
  • Profound knowledge in MS Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel is a must
  • Excellent English skills both spoken and written

We are looking for an IT Graduate to start as soon as possible and no later than June 1st, 2024. The employment is a fixed-term contract for 12 months and located in our Copenhagen office.
