Rewards consultant for maternity cover (12 months)

Working with Rewards in FLSmidth you have a big diversity in tasks within the Rewards area. You have both global and senior management exposure whilst also engaging with colleagues in Finance as well as People & Sustainability to align rewards with other related people and performance processes.

You will be in a team of rewards professionals reporting to the Heads of Rewards & People Analytics inside our People Center of Excellence.

Your responsibilities

  • Advising the business on rewards principles, policies and compliance.
  • Advising on incentive programs (Short term, Sales, Manufacturing and Long-term incentive programs).
  • Executive benchmarking and position evaluations using Mercer IPE methodology.
  • Support annual salary review budget and process as well as yearly out-of-cycle salary adjustment process.
  • Drive rewards projects such as analysis of gender pay gaps and living wages.
  • Work with key stakeholders to educate, support and collaborate on global processes and fair rewards

Your qualifications

  • You have 1 or more years or more of working experience within rewards in a global organization.
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of rewards theories and methodologies.
  • Interest and/or experience with data analysis
  • Demonstrate high level of accountability and operational excellence in your working behavior.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
