Your impact in GoGift’s journey:
As GoGift’s Creative Designer & Brand Lead, you will steer our E-Commerce and Marketing teams through a variety of initiatives. Your role will encompass overseeing communication design, spearheading lead generation efforts, and guiding product merchandising strategies. You will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and implementing global marketing campaigns across the Nordics and worldwide, ensuring your strategic vision is reflected throughout. As GoGift continues to grow, you will encounter expanding opportunities for innovation and leadership.

What we hope you bring:

• Brand Strategy Development: Define and develop the overall brand strategy, including positioning, personality, and messaging, to ensure consistency across all platforms and communications.
• Visual Identity Management: Design, implement, and maintain the visual identity of GoGift, ensuring it is consistently represented across all marketing materials and channels.
• Creative Direction: Provide creative direction for marketing campaigns, product packaging, and other visual communications to ensure they align with GoGift’s standards and objectives.
• Graphic Design Execution: Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral such as advertisements, brochures, corporate reports, and website graphics.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Work collaboratively with the rest of GoGift’s marketing team, copywriters, and other designers to conceptualize and launch projects, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects from conception through completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within budget, and achieve GoGift’s objectives.
• Vendor Management: Oversee and coordinate with external vendors, such as printers, to ensure quality and timelines are met.
• Digital Asset Management: Maintain a library of graphic materials, including photos, logos, and branded elements, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
• Market Research: Stay informed about graphic design trends, competitor branding activities, and advancements in technology that may impact graphic design and brand strategy.
• User Experience (UX) Enhancement: Ensure that all visual and graphic aspects of digital platforms enhance the user experience and are optimized for engagement and usability.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate design and branding strategies to stakeholders and gather feedback to refine and adjust strategies as necessary.
