The Team
Our Global UX Team is strengthening our design capabilities with additional member to join the mission to make wonderful sound an integral part of everyone's life.

Our team operates within the Research & Development division, where we develop audiological fitting software for hearing care professionals and intuitive mobile apps for end users.

Collaborating with developers, testers, and audiologists, we aim to create seamless user experiences that enhance the lives of those with hearing loss. While our teams may be distributed globally, our commitment to clear communication and remote collaboration ensures we work as one cohesive unit.

The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for the UX design for our fitting software working across the multiple brands of WSAudiology. You will work with cross-functional teams (UX, audiology and development) to attain business goals and provide the best user experience for the clinics.

Essential roles and responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, supporting their professional growth and development
• Engage in hands-on UX design feature work, contributing your expertise to our evolving projects
• Drive forward the holistic user experience of our products, establishing best practices and nurturing a culture of innovation
• Act as a key representative of the B2B UX Team, ensuring a unified vision across all product initiatives
• Educate stakeholders on the importance of UX design and research, advocating for user-centric approaches

Your Profile
Experience

• Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Human Factors, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a UX designer/researcher, with a strong understanding of UI/UX design principles
• Proficiency in UX tools, including wireframing, prototyping, research, and user testing
• Knowledge of Universal Design and accessibility standards
• A portfolio demonstrating your expertise in solving complex B2B problems through UI/UX and visual design

• Ability to provide fresh perspectives and innovative ideas within a complex industry
• Analytical mindset to understand the intricacies of our products and industry landscape
