We are looking for a skilled Global Project Manager for our Project Management department in Europe at our head office in Hadsten. Project Management is placed in our Sales organisation with reference to our CCO.

Driving customer projects across the entire organisation
As Global Project Manager, your primary task is to manage selected customer projects approved by top management and single appointed cross-functional projects. Furthermore, you are also responsible for developing our organisation by training and coaching key employees, sharing project tools and knowledge within project management. Your other main assignments are:

• Ensure the designated projects will comply to the Hoyer Process Project Management and managing scope, resources, time, risk & opportunities and budget.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, minimise uncertainty, avoid any unwanted or unplanned deviation and make sure that Hoyer organisation meet customer requests.
• Create and optimise Hoyer Project tools; Stakeholder analyses, Project Plans on SharePoint, D365 ERP, Risks & Opportunities, Lessons Learned etc.
• Ensure project documentation.
• Project overview and status to management.

Travel activities are limited - maximum 10-15 days per year..

Experienced project manager with technical mindset and focus on deadlines
You are a certified project manager, Prince 2 or similar. Multi stakeholder cooperation comes naturally to you and with your outgoing personality you are able to establish close relations. You possess technical flair and have a commercial mindset and it motivates you to work in a technical company where business development is an essential element of the corporate strategy. Furthermore you are characterised by the following:

• Structured with focus on details and deadlines.
• Minimum five years' experience within project management.
• Technical experience is a considerable advantage.
• Proactive with a teamwork mindset.
• Knowledge of ERP systems - Hoyer uses D365, training is offered if you are not familiar with this system.
• Fluent in English - Danish is an advantage.
