What's in it for you?
You will join a cross-functional scrum team with a Product owner, UX/UI specialist, Front-end and Service Developers and a Scrum Master. Together with your team you will help evolve best practices for software development in this domain. Within Digital Accelerator we are also building out standards and sharing them across all our product teams to enable faster time to market and driving better outcomes for our customers and colleagues. The position is primarily based in Søborg, Denmark.

Additionally, you will:

  • Build, optimize, deploy and maintain our digital products with focus on continuous delivery and building next generation digital architecture
  • Use agile engineering practices as well as various software development technologies and tools to rapidly develop creative and efficient solutions that deliver value to the end users and the company
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve objectives, such as better change failure rate, time to restore and improve quality of experience.
  • Engage with team and business stakeholders to understand the users and advise on solutions

Your daily work will be in an established product team (or a newly formed team), where the team drive the entire product process from idea to decommission including product discovery, strategy, portfolio mindset, operations and prioritization. The teams work on products that support the many Clinical Trials that we have in Novo Nordisk and your contributions will have an enormous impact on our ability to reach more patients.

Which competencies will you bring?
To succeed in this role, we imagine you tick most of the following:

  • +5 years of experience as Software Developer working in agile teams
  • Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipelines and Git or similar tools
  • Experience with .NET, MVC, C#, and test automation
  • Experience with Azure Cloud and cloud native architecture and technologies
  • If you know your way around JavaScript, Typescript, possibly even Vue.js, that’s a plus
  • If you’re interested in Data Science, that’s a good thing too

As a person you are a positive with a can-do attitude, empathetic and pragmatic. We hope you will inspire and challenge the organization with your knowledge of various technologies and tools on how to solve complex business problems. You want to establish a strong capability within Software Development to ensure knowledge sharing, supervise, mentor and coach junior colleagues.

As our corporate language is English, we expect you to be fluent both in writing and spoken.
