Then read more and apply for LEAN Partner in the Market Release QC department in Emerging Technologies Manufacturing Development & Quality Control!

The position
As a Department LEAN Partner, you will be a key player in driving and developing the LEAN culture and ensuring transparency and progress of LEAN in our large QC departments. We are committed to increasing productivity through both LEAN and technological innovation in our analytical processes. The LEAN Partner should engage in the development of LEAN within their department but also play a role in supporting and ensuring the roll-out of cross-functional strategic initiatives in collaboration with LEAN specialists across the CVP area. You will be part of a very ambitious LEAN culture and work with like-minded colleagues, where learning and improvement are key in the daily work.

This role can be a stepping stone for a great career path to progress into a more complex strategic project with a big impact on our organization.

Your day-to-day tasks will consist of:

  • Understanding and highlighting business issues and opportunities, ensuring a LEAN response to business challenges by initiating projects/activities and monitoring their progress and benefits
  • Coaching of Director and Department Leadership Team and Specialists at shop floor and in particular support to new managers, as they are essential to promoting and sustaining the LEAN culture
  • Supporting the build of internal LEAN competencies in the department (Shop Floor, Problem Solving, Standards, Training, and Process Confirmation)
  • Supporting the execution of strategic objectives, by ensuring they are integrated into the daily visual management systems and follow-up

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you:

  • hold a master's degree with a scientific focus or similar proven experience
  • have proven LEAN knowledge with a strong toolbox
  • preferably bring experience from working on the shop floor in a manufacturing or analytical setting
  • previous management experience would be seen as an advantage
  • are fluent in English and can communicate verbally in Danish

On a personal level, you are a team player but are not scared of working on your own when coaching and challenging leaders or collecting data on the shop floor. You have experience implementing optimization projects and naturally involve and motivate your customers to realize the business targets.

We are looking for someone comfortable engaging and proactively advising stakeholders at all levels of the organization, possessing strong coaching skills, and adept at giving feedback. You are a great inspiration and skilled at motivating people for change, utilizing strong strategic and analytical skills, a persistent and thorough approach, and a 'can-do' attitude
