CSO >Global Customer Project Execution > Global Project Planning
The Global Project Planning team is part of the Global Customer Project Execution (CPX) department. Its main scope is the maximization of the value provided by the regional CPX Planning teams to the overall organization. This is achieved by supporting the development and implementation of best practices and tools, in collaboration with other functions and regional teams. The Senior Global Project Planner also supports the CPX management in optimizing cost and revenue, providing portfolio planning and analysis services using Primavera (P6) and other tools.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and further develop global standards in P6
  • Act as point of contact between the global and the SBU´s functions for matters related to construction and cross-functional planning to ensure project planning excellence
  • Act as an interface with the IT function in charge of Primavera technical aspects.
  • Provide project/ portfolio planning services for global/ special cases
  • Monitor and control global project portfolio in Primavera for risk and opportunities.
  • Act as SME for Customer Project Execution planning, representing the function in the various forums and Initiatives and cross-functional alignment
  • Support other functions in CPX and in the other departments with planning expertise

Qualifications

  • A relevant university degree, e.g. in engineering or business
  • 5+ years of experience from a similar role and a commercial mind-set
  • 5+ years of experience with Primavera as a project/ construction planning tool
  • Experience working with large scale construction projects (preferable in the wind industry) and sales contracts in a global matrix organization, with the ability to assert your influence without the direct reporting line.
  • Experience in working with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • PMI, CAPM, PMP certification would be appreciated but are not a must.
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing

Additional information
Your work location will be Aarhus, Denmark but you could also be based in Copenhagen DK, Malmo, SE or Hamburg, DE. If not based in Aarhus, please expect travel to Denmark.
