We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data coordinator to join our dynamic team in the Drug Substance Support Department in Hillerød.

About the Department and the Team
The Drug Substance Support Department consist of approximately 100 employees, divided into multiple smaller sub-teams, with each of their own key competence area, but all working close together. Daily support activities can cover from updating procedures and batch documentation, handling deviation investigations, project management and daily housekeeping. In the Operational Excellence System Team we support a variety of tasks with the common denominator of transforming data piles into visual tools, supporting process streamlining and optimal resource utilization.

You will be part of a team with a great sense of humor and a high willingness to support where needed. Being a small team, you are to be self-driven and able to prioritize tasks depending on urgency.

About the position
The primary task within the position is to collaborate with various departments (e.g., automation, tech transfer, and manufacturing departments) to collect and translate information required for building efficient production campaigns and daily task schedules.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Strategically plan and schedule production batches and campaigns to ensure optimal resource utilization and timely product delivery.
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing support models aimed at streamlining processes and improving overall efficiency.
  • Maintain close collaboration with stakeholders across departments to align project goals, prioritize tasks, and resolve any conflicts or bottlenecks that may arise.
  • Utilize technologies such as Tableau for effective visualization and communication of production status, enabling informed decision-making and timely adjustments as needed.
  • Analyze proposed changes, assess their impact on scheduling, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
  • Actively participate in strategic planning sessions, offering insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize manufacturing operations.

Your Talent

  • A Bachelors/Masters Degree in Life Science, Engineering, Operations Management or similar field.
  • Experience in manufacturing operations, with a focus on scheduling systems and project management.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
  • You are proactive, responsible, organized, and able to take ownership of tasks
  • You have excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Work experience with GMP or other regulated industries is an asset, but not a requirement
