Process Consultant for design and optimization of processes

You will be part of the Debt Management Development Tribe, in a project where we are screening all processes, categorizing them, and transferring them from As-Is to To-Be. As process consultant you will get to work with high prioritized projects, strict deadlines, helping a segment of customers across the Bank.

You will be part of the Debt Management Development Tribe, in a project where we are screening all processes, categorizing them, and transferring them from As-Is to To-Be. As process consultant you will get to work with high prioritized projects, strict deadlines, helping a segment of customers across the Bank.

We need you to drive, maintain and structure the development of our process landscape. You will have an essential role, where you need to be focused and take lead on the assignments, using all your skills within analysis, reporting, continuous improvement, process changes and process engineering. You will be working with our skilled team of specialists to find and create overview of very complex processes.

Your focus areas would be to:

• To lead, facilitate, set up workshops, analyse, gather and convey a complex material
• Assist in creating an overview and structure the processes from end-to-end
• Create and document solutions in collaboration with stakeholders such as subject matter experts and Risk
• Translate process design into IT requirements, as well as adapt processes to new IT solutions
• Work with process governance models and tools
• Train and maintain the process communities
• Coach and support your colleagues and operational team within the focus areas

We need you who have the skills, vision and experience

• You have experience as a process consultant and in applying process optimization
• You are good at cooperating with different stakeholders and personalities
• You have analytical skills and can see through complex contexts and issues
• You are excellent in communicating complex processes in a simple way – both written and verbal
• You can maintain focus and direction in a busy workday, where changes are a part of scope, with an overall view of the value it creates for Danske Bank and its costumers

We expect you to have more than two years of experience and know how to facilitate, communicate, and map processes. That you are great at creating an overview and show engagement in your daily work and professional relations, and that you are fluent in both English and Danish, written and verbal.
