The Position
We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Program Coordinator and Relationship Manager. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing strong connections both within our organization and with our Key Accounts. Your primary focus will be on maintaining positive relationships, addressing business needs, and ensuring compliance.

The role is well suited to a dedicated customer-centric professional and can be worked fully remotely (within Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, Netherlands, Germany, UK, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway).

Primary Functions and Responsibilities:

Building and Maintaining Relationships:

  • Develop and nurture positive relationships with the Key Account sourcing teams, focus will be on a specific Key Account.
  • Understand customer needs and proactively address them.

Quoting, Order Handling and Accounts Receivable:

  • Take responsibility for all aspects of order handling, including quoting, delivery, and accounts receivable related to the Key Account/s Key program business.

Weekly Meetings and Business Updates:

  • Hold regular weekly meetings with Key Account/s to discuss business issues, order forecasts, and any relevant updates.

Legal Compliance and Information Requests:

  • Review and respond to legal requests related to IT, supplier contracts, and supply chain security.
  • Ensure that new employees engaged in the Key Account business understand the terms of ARPA (Agreement Regarding Proprietary Information) and other NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) agreements.

Pricing and Product Management:

  • Coordinate pricing for new products not currently on the Key Account pricelist.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain Management (SCM) and the Pricing Office to add new products to the pricelist.
  • Address pricing violations alerted by the CRM system, validating and approving or denying quoted pricing based on set rules.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Maintain the pricing analysis tool, ensuring it reflects current orders.
  • Review special projects (S&V and VTS) for accurate pricing and provide approval.

Forecast Management:

  • Manage the Key Account’s forecasts for sales and production, ensuring timely availability of products to fulfill orders.
  • Identify and address any issues related to the Key Account’s order delivery, escalating to senior management when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager, with a minimum of around 5 years
  • Problem-solving attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships and work collaboratively.
  • Excellent English. Additional languages are an advantage, Chinese in particular
  • Proficient in SAP, Salesforce, Excel, and other relevant programs.
