Are you ready to elevate your career in Talent Acquisition? Saxo is seeking a dynamic and accomplished professional to join our global Talent Acquisition team. As a key member of our EMEA Talent Acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment processes and managing stakeholders across our international offices.

You will join a team of four great colleagues, where we highly value knowledge sharing and team learning. We always strive to bring value to Saxo in all various processes we take part in, while cherishing time to celebrate and recognize our achievements along the way!

You will be responsible for branding, attracting, sourcing, and interviewing prospective employees to ensure a seamless and exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively championing an inclusive and exceptional candidate experience
• Consulting with and advising hiring managers across multiple countries on recruitment needs
• Developing recruitment selection criteria and sourcing world-class talent
• Building a diverse candidate pipeline through various channels and networks
• Promoting Saxo’s employer brand and values to both employees and candidates
• Partnering with external stakeholders to enhance Saxo’s presence in the market
• Run TA related projects, e.g. employer branding activities or similar
• Collaborating with colleagues from various departments to deliver optimal results

Your profile
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong passion for Talent Acquisition and a proven track record in managing recruitment cycles. You should possess several years of experience in a similar role and hold a B.Sc or M.Sc degree in a relevant field.

Your ability to work independently, drive projects, and maintain a data-driven approach will be essential in this role. Additionally, your structured approach, adaptability in a dynamic environment, and fluency in English are key attributes we are looking for.
