We are part of CFO area with the responsibility of the financial steering for the Groups Technology & Services area, by far the largest cost center within Danske Bank and a key driver of the newly launched Forward ’28 group strategy.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic finance team and contribute to our continued success.

About the job:
As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving strategic decision-making processes by providing financial insights and guidance to key stakeholders within the organisation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, partnering with business leaders to drive performance, optimise resource allocation, and support overall financial objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your analytical skills, business acumen, stakeholder management skills and financial expertise to make a significant impact on the organisation's growth and profitability.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to area leaders providing financial insights, analysis, and guidance to support strategic decision-making processes
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments, influencing outcomes through effective communication and collaboration
• Analyse financial data, prepare accurate and insightful reports, and provide recommendations to drive cost efficiency and overall financial performance
• Lead the financial planning and forecasting processes, working closely with the area teams to develop and monitor budgets, identify risks and opportunities, and track performance against targets
• Participate in the development and implementation of financial models, tools, and systems to streamline processes and enhance financial reporting capabilities

We are looking for positive and engaged new colleagues:
We imagine that you that you have proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or in a similar role, preferably within the finance or technology industry.

You must have strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality results.

Furthermore you will need to have:

• Strong business acumen and a proactive mind-set, with a focus on driving value and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
• Upper-intermediate English language skills
• Experience in Agile methodologies, Technology Business Management or Lean process improvements (would be considered as a pros)
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in financial analysis tools and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus
