What you’ll be doing

In general, we’d like you to:

• Be a trusted finance business partner for our commercial teams on all aspects of strategic & financial planning, reporting and performance management.
• Work closely with commercial teams on commercial strategic priorities, ensuring financial mindset is incorporated across the initiatives enabling for higher return on investments and ensuring better profitability.
• Develop and design reporting and analytics, to deliver actionable insights, promote and monitor performance and inform business decision-making.
• Quickly and accurately assess performance and track progress to short and long-term targets.
• Enable the commercial function to deliver strategic goals and beyond.

For this, you will also collaborate with senior finance and commercial stakeholders to define what information and insights are needed to maximize value output. This includes developing and evaluating business cases for various commercial initiatives and investment decisions whilst maintaining cost management discipline across commercial teams.

In addition, you will be responsible for building commercialmanagement reporting - standard as well as ad hoc reports - for the senior management and executive leadership team.

What else will you do?

• Deliver analytical power to drive performance deep dives on an ad-hoc basis.
• Augment data with business insights to identify opportunities that can provide support the top-line growth and/or cost reduction.
• Develop, examine and evaluate various initiatives and investment cases.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, synchronizing efforts to reach financial and strategic targets.

What we’re looking for

Your profile:
Proven history of collaboration in highly performing teams. A professional with a great understanding of business processes, commercial drivers of performance and the ability to respond to changing conditions.

You understand that in an ever-changing environment, global and data-driven environment, a finance business partner allows an organisation to navigate successfully through uncertainty.

You are a team-oriented individual and you are focused on building a “One Winning Team” culture and a global agenda.

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of finance/commercial experience from similar role(s) in a global organization.
• Strong, effective analytical, storytelling, communication and influencing skills with attention to detail (verbal and written).
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability in problem-solving and building the solution in a systematic approach.
• Very good MS Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint skills.
• Preferably experience from a company owning the full value chain, so experience in the FMCG industry is a favorable asset, but not a must.
• Full professional proficiency in English – verbal and written.
• Knowing commercial performance drivers, working with trends and insights can be advantageous, but not a must.
• Good stakeholder management skills and ability to work across multiple teams.
