QHSE Supplier Performance Analyst

Join us in this role where you’ll be developing and managing the QHSE Supplier Performance Management System. You’ll identify innovative solutions to QHSE data management, establish effective KPIs and ensure performance reporting is effective in informing stakeholders of QHSE supplier risk so that the business can make effective decisions and respond where needed.

Welcome to QHSE Supply Chain Management
You’ll be part of the Central QHSE Supply Chain Management team where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for all aspects of QHSE Supplier Performance Management by establishing the necessary global processes through this central function in support of our Projects and Operating Assets ensuring effective control of the supplier QHSE risk. As a team, we rely on a high level of individual competency and ability to independently influence and support our immediate stakeholders. We work together to share learnings and establish continual improvement.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • establishing and managing the QHSE Supplier Performance Management System
  • ensuring timely reporting to business stakeholders ensuring risk is effectively communicated with supporting data
  • supporting colleagues in generating the necessary background information for developing supplier improvement plans
  • investigating innovative ideas for capturing, storing. and disseminating supplier QHSE performance data
  • working with the business performance management teams to ensure supplier QHSE data is reflected in our established KPI landscape.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have strong working knowledge in QHSE performance management, incl. operational experience
  • have demonstrable skills in stakeholder management and communication with all levels of an organisation
  • have technical knowledge and skills in establishing and working with databases and reporting outputs in systems, such as PowerBI or similar
  • have a demonstrable ability to analyse and report data for driving QHSE excellence beyond reducing injury statistics and non-conformities
  • speak and write English fluently
  • preferably have experience with AI applications.
