What We’re Looking For? 🤓
- At least 2-3 years of experience in leading software implementation projects
- You have great understanding of programming and Excel (skills within CSS, html, APIs, webhooks, and/or Ruby is a plus)
- A customer-oriented doer who loves customer interaction
- A team player who likes responsibility in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset and excitement about the startup journey
Your Role on Our Team? 👨🏻🤝👨🏻
- Support new customers with various technical implementations
- Help customers migrate their data into Lime Go (Excel, Ruby etc.)
- Configure, adapt and deliver customized content to our customers and integrate it to our product (html, CSS)
- Proactively pitch the value of web forms and newsletter templates in customer interactions
- Integrate Lime Go with the customers infrastructure through APIs, Zapier or our plug n' play integrations (APIs, webhooks etc.)
You will work with several projects and customers simultaneously (~5-10). A standard implementation project takes around 1-2 months, but our goal is to speed up the process while maintaining exceptional quality – that’s where you come in! Besides the above, you will lead various improvement projects for our delivery process.

Requirements?
- Bachelor’s degree 🎓 + Driver’s license 🚙
- SaaS/Startup/Scaleup experience
- A tech savvy Project Manager who loves customer contact
- Ready to work from our Stockholm office 🎈
- Fluent in Swedish and English 🎭
Reporting & Growth
You’ll report directly to Patrik, CS Team Manager, with regular 1:1s and be part of the Revenue Operations team (Sales, CS, Marketing & Product). You will be our 2nd Technical Delivery Manager and be a key player in building up our Customer Success organization.
