Are you solution-oriented and eager to contribute to the scalability of our local production, preferably with a practical mindset and a strong interest in the continued production of our iconic porcelain in Denmark? We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in a Planner position.

In this exciting role, you will support the planning team in supply and production planning activities within one of Fiskars Group’s smallest manufacturing units. You will also help with continuous improvement of existing processes and facilitate the scalability of our local production in line with the growing demand for our beautiful and handcrafted porcelain.

This position is full-time on-site role based at our Royal Copenhagen Factory in Glostrup, Denmark. You will report directly to the Factory Manager and work closely with the Supply Planning Supervisor.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Responsibilities:

  • Handling and coordination of activities associated with supply and production planning.
  • Collection and registration of data related to the daily operation of production.
  • Maintenance and ongoing optimization of data templates used in daily operations.
  • Participation in continuous improvement initiatives for existing processes and for creating new processes.
  • Contribution to projects regarding product master data.

As the position is newly defined, over time you will have the opportunity to shape your daily tasks and responsibilities in collaboration with the Supply Planning Supervisor, based on both your skillset and competencies along with changes in business demand.

Experience & knowledge:

  • A recent graduate in Supply Chain Management or a related field, with an academy profession degree or bachelor's degree.
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of data structuring and analysis.
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems, or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate activities with diverse internal stakeholders.

Language skills:
Professional language proficiency in English and Danish is a must.
