Job content, responsibilities, and possibilities
Based in our Taipei office in Taiwan, you will be responsible for managing end user devices and the M365 suite.

More specifically, your areas of responsibility will be:

• Mobile Device Management: Manage and configure Intune for iPhones, laptops, and other endpoint devices to ensure compliance and functionality across the organization.
• OS Hardening: Secure our Windows operating systems by implementing and maintaining Windows Policies in line with hardening specifications and security standards.
• Application Packaging and Deployment: Develop, test, and deploy application packages in Intune to ensure seamless software installation and updates across global offices.
• Operating System Updates: Manage the lifecycle of operating system updates, including testing, deployment, and patch management, ensuring compliance and minimal disruption.
• Device Security: Enforce policies for encryption, endpoint protection, and device compliance to maintain a secure computing environment for users worldwide.
• Global Support: Collaborate with IT team members across different regions to ensure consistent implementation of policies and prompt resolution of issues.
• Proactive Problem-Solving: Demonstrate initiative by identifying potential challenges and implementing solutions to prevent disruptions and improve processes.

In your daily work, you will be collaborating closely with our consultants and Management Team in our growth journey, which gives you a great opportunity to influence the topics for our future IT solutions. Furthermore, this position also offers the opportunity to grow into a more senior role, focusing on IT infrastructure and our digital strategy.

What you bring and your qualities
You bring experience from a similar position and may potentially hold a degree within Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar. As a person, you are outgoing and proactive. You understand what it means to work within a consultancy, where the vibe is characterised by high energy, exceeding standards, and a client-oriented mindset, which requires flexibility.
