Job description
Kyocera provide expert tooling solutions and ongoing sales support to companies in a variety of industries, offering quality standard and bespoke engineered tools and other industrial consumables.

Job Overview
Joining our existing Internal Sales Team, you will be first point of contact for engineering customers seeking sales quotations, delivery timescales and to place orders.

An office-based role you will be expected to use your previous sales customer service experience to meet and exceed our customer’s expectations, building rapport to ensure repeat business.

• Handling customer enquiries via e-mail, telephone and from our external sales team
• Prepare quotations with follow ups
• Process and progress orders and assist customers with product selections

You must be customer focused, service minded, having worked in a similar role for 2yrs+. Experience within industrial or tooling background a definite advantage but not essential.

Skills & Experience required:

• Good communication with confident telephone manner
• Proven customer service skills
• Commercially astute with a 'can-do' attitude who works well with others
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
• Ability and willingness to pick up new information quickly
• Good standard of IT, to include use of MS Office products

Personal Profile:
We expect you to be self-driven, a natural forward planner who is sufficiently flexible to handle a variety of tasks and changing priorities.

Essential you possess a high degree of self-management and initiative. You will need to be enthusiastic with a desire to learn and have proven high standards to match our customers’ expectations.
