Cerebriu, a pioneering entity in healthcare innovation, is actively searching for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to spearhead our revenue-driven initiatives. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, significantly influencing and supervising all operational aspects that directly affect revenue generation. Your expertise will play a crucial role in propelling business development, devising impactful marketing strategies, overseeing sales operations, and guaranteeing exceptional customer satisfaction, thus profoundly shaping our path of expansion.

As the CCO, you will have a unique opportunity to apply both your strategic and inspirational leadership styles, along with a hands-on approach, to actively spearhead all commercial activities within a young scale-up company.

Cerebriu's headquarters are located in Copenhagen, Denmark. However, this role can be based anywhere globally, though preference is given to candidates within Europe or the US.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Strategic Leadership: As the CCO, your primary objective is to architect and drive our commercial and partnering strategy in perfect alignment with Cerebriu’s long-term objectives. Your visionary insights and strategic directives will be instrumental in realizing our organizational aspirations.

Global Sales Management:
Directing our global sales teams with a hands-on approach, your focus will be on propelling business growth across diverse customer segments. Collaborating closely with the marketing team will be key to enhancing overall customer experiences and increasing awareness of the new opportunities enabled by Cerebriu’s solutions.

Sales Enablement and Training:
Ensuring that our sales teams thoroughly understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of Cerebriu’s technology to target audiences. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a customer-centric culture within the sales force. By ensuring close ties with our customers, you'll gather crucial insights into market needs, integrating these insights into our product development and enhancement cycles.

Market Analysis and Strategy:
Utilizing data analytics, your role will be to identify high-revenue market segments and potential areas for growth, providing valuable insights for strategic operational planning.

Executive Collaboration:
As a key member of our esteemed management team, you’ll actively engage in collaborative discussions with leadership and the Board of Directors. Your invaluable expertise will greatly contribute to pivotal decisions on commercial and partner-related initiatives. Working seamlessly across various internal teams and external stakeholders, you'll ensure a cohesive synergy between product development, marketing, and customer support. Your role is pivotal in fostering seamless collaboration and communication channels.

Team Building and Leadership:
Your responsibility lies in establishing and nurturing a robust commercial organization. This team will serve as the cornerstone for achieving Cerebriu’s strategic goals and surpassing commercial objectives.

Data-Driven Decision Making:
Implementing a data-centric approach, you’ll oversee the process of making well-informed decisions, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and effectively communicating these strategies across various operational teams.

Partnerships and Alliances:
You’ll spearhead the development and nurturing of strategic partnerships, continuously analyzing opportunities, and providing comprehensive competitive analyses.

Qualifications
We seek an individual with self-motivation, unwavering dedication, and the ability to embody both strategic holistic leadership and hands-on guidance by example. We are eager to engage with those prepared to embark on an exhilarating and demanding journey—one that will propel Cerebriu to the forefront of the global stage in MRI-related software.

  • Academic degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Proven track record in Commercial Management roles, demonstrating instrumental contributions in launching a company or product end-to-end.
  • Over 10 years of managerial and specialist experience in a commercial setting, encompassing leadership in business management, sales operations, or revenue operations. Proficiency in sales management systems, extensive involvement in international revenue-generating activities.
  • Profound knowledge of the healthcare industry and a keen understanding of its dynamics, particularly within large enterprises. Preferably, familiarity with MRI scanning technology, radiology workflows, and the challenges faced by healthcare professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute revenue growth strategies through various initiatives, adept collaboration with external partners, and successful implementation of business strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders across all levels.
  • Analytical mindset, employing a data-driven approach to decision-making and leveraging market insights to drive marketing success.
  • Proven capability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment by taking ownership of tasks and driving projects forward.
  • Passion for catalyzing innovation in the healthcare industry and enhancing patient outcomes.
