VIKING’s Global Business Services is operating to support VIKING entities across the globe. Our GBS Sales Support Center team is part of the Global Sales Department. We have an ambitious business plan, and right now, we are looking for Customer Master Data Specialist. Based at our office in Plovdiv, Bulgaria you will report to the Sales Support Manager, VIKING Bulgaria and be involved in everyday tasks and projects bringing a dynamic and interesting workday.
Tasks and Responsibilities
The daily work has to be carried out in close cooperation and coordination with the Sales departments worldwide. The following tasks and projects can be expected:
- Maintain customer master data for the organization on a global level
- Make sure the information is correct and up-to-date
- Update Dynamics CRM system where needed
- Collaborate with Global Sales department on implementing global policies
- Collaborate with IT department on implementation of updates in the systems
- Act as a superuser in SAP improving processes related to customer master data
Your profile
Previous experience on Back Office or similar administrative position from an international company will be considered as an advantage. The successful candidate also is/has:
- MS Office user
- Willing to learn
- Structured, process and detail oriented
- Business degree and ERP systems knowledge will be considered as an advantage
You will work closely with other departments and colleagues, therefore you are positive, “can do”, professional and helpful attitude towards colleagues and customers. On a personal level you are analytical thinker, responsive team-player, flexible and able to prioritize.
Since our corporate language is English, you are fluent in English with very good communication and collaboration skills.
