Interior Designer for 3XN - Sydney

3XN is looking for an interior designer for our Sydney-based studio, starting immediately if possible. We currently have several projects requiring an interior architect to work with our wider architecture team. The role will involve working on 3XN projects in Australia and within the broader APAC region and collaborating with our interior team in Copenhagen.

The candidate's skill set and design approach must complement and be capable of enhancing our projects' architectural design intent and enhance our aspirations. Candidates must have at least five years of experience across various stages, from concept development to detailed development and execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a creative, design-focused architecture or interior studio.
• Possess a strong passion for design.
• Experience in 2D drawing and 3D modelling, preferably with Rhino.
• A positive mindset and good teamwork skills.
• International mindset.
• Solid technical knowledge and detailing ability.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Strong conceptual design skills.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• You must be a team player, self-directed, and highly motivated.
• Candidates must feel comfortable being agile in tasks within a creative and dynamic environment.
• Have a strong work ethic and a 'team-first' mentality.
• Eligible to work in Australia/New Zealand
