The Role
At Global Wind Service Poland, we are currently looking to appoint a HR Specialist.

You will be working closely with the local employees, managers and subcontractors, on a daily basis.

Become a part of our GWS PL Team
With a direct reference to our Country Manager you will become part of a professional team managing various HR topics and providing support to our managers, employees and subcontractors as a guideline in our organization.

The role will ideally be based at our office in Szczecin.

Responsibilities

• HR Administration - working with both: documents (contracts of employment, B2B contracts, employment statements etc.) and HR systems.

• Point of contact to our employees in HR matters.

• HR Guidance for Line Managers.

• Understand and enforce company policies and procedures.

• Cooperation with external payroll company and OSH providers.

• Maintaining and managing HR documentation and employee files.

• Process new hires, onboarding and offboarding.

• Assisting with benefits of employees.

• Participation in daily and ad-hoc tasks of HR department.

• Co-creating organizational culture.

Requirements
Our requirements
Ideally, you will have:

• HR experience, including local legislation and employment regulations.

• Natural ability to maintain positive relations with various stakeholders.

• Strong organizational skills, multitasking and detail oriented.

• Ability to work independently and manage own workload.

• Very good understanding of IT systems.

• Proactive, flexible, focused and highly motivated.

• Very good command of English.

• Driving license cat. B.
