Commercial Partner Manager for Cisco

As the commercial partner manager for Cisco, you will be in close dialogue with our Solution Delivery department primarily within Network, who together with you will manage and grow our the partnership with Cisco. Together with our sales department, you will engage in a close dialogue with Aeven's customers, who include some of Denmark's largest companies and organizations.

You will report to Aeven's AVP for Market Solutions & Partner Management and be responsible for developing our strategic partnership with Cisco. In this partnership, a large market potential lies in the interaction between Aeven's strong position on the Danish market as one of the leading Managed Service Providers within adaptive digital infrastructure and Cisco as the world leader in network solutions.

You will be the link between:

  • The market themes within Enterprise Networks, the business needs of larger Danish companies/organizations,
  • Aeven Market Solutions based on Cisco,
  • Cisco as Aeven's strategic partner and
  • Aeven Solution Delivery within Network and Security

Your primary Responsibilities

  • Engage in close dialogue with Cisco and act as an expert in Cisco's partner program
  • Transform the partner program into the greatest possible value for Aeven
  • Together with Cisco plan go-to-market plans in close cooperation with Aeven Solution Delivery and Sales
  • Responsible for forecast, reporting on the objectives for the partnership
  • Prepare activity plans in collaboration with Cisco
  • Ensure that Aeven Sales and Customer Success is continuously updated on Aeven's Market Solutions based on Cisco and support these departments in the customer dialogue

Your Knowledge and Experience

  • Relevant higher education
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience within the IT industry, preferably in a similar role (partner manager)
  • In-depth knowledge of Cisco's partner program and commercial models is an advantage
  • Good analytical skills and a good understanding of linking market needs with technology
  • Solid knowledge of Cisco's network solutions at a conceptual level and in a commercial context
  • Solid experience of working in a larger organization and working with stakeholders who sometimes have conflicting interests

Your personal skills:

  • You are persistent
  • You are good at building relationships and maintaining them – both internally and externally in relation to Cisco and Aeven's customers
  • You are a team player and have the talent to bring relevant internal and external parties into play to jointly achieve Aeven's goals in relation to our Cisco partnership
  • Good communication skills at all levels, including presenting your arguments in a clear way tailored to the individual context
