Security Architect

VENZO is building one of the strongest Microsoft Security and Compliance teams in the Nordics, and we want you to be a part of the journey.
We are looking for a security architect to join our rapidly growing, and highly ambitious team. We value a hands on, operational approach, as our clients require practical and useful solutions that can be correctly scoped and implemented, often in an on-site capacity.

We have a growing pipeline of customers that have already bought into the Microsoft Security and Compliance stack, and are looking to VENZO for advisory, guidance and implementation.

What are your skills?
We are looking for a colleague with knowledge of, and preferably experience with, two or more of the below categories. We do not expect you to master them all from Day 1. But we do expect you to have a growth mindset and a professional desire to learn and develop with these advanced technologies:

Identity:

• Experience in designing and implementing Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
• Experience in integrating on-premises Active Directory with Azure AD (using e.g. Azure AD Connect, Active Directory Federation Services)
• Envision and deploy modern identity solutions (e.g. Azure AD MFA, Azure AD Conditional Access, Azure AD Privileged Identity Management, Azure AD B2B, Azure AD Application Proxy)
• Knowledge about Microsoft Client/Server Operating Systems including related services (e.g. Certificate Authority, authentication/authorization mechanisms, encryption, health attestation)
• Knowledge in Microsoft Cloud App Security for advanced conditional access configurations

Security:

• Experience in Microsoft Threat Protection (MCAS, Defender ATP, Office ATP, Azure ATP) – able to configure and advisor on what to look for and how to operate
• Knowledge related to Microsoft security recommendations (e.g. Securing Privileged Access, Credential Theft Mitigations)
• Basic understanding of Azure Security Services (e.g. Azure Information Protection, Azure Security Center, Azure Log Analytics, Azure Sentinel)
• Knowledge of common attack vectors and tools (e.g. Pass the Hash, Golden Ticket, ransomware)
• Knowledge about zero trust and identity based security

Compliance

• Experience in designing classification, labelling and protection solutions based on Azure Information Protection/Unified Labelling and Microsoft Information Protection
• Knowledge in DLP configurations via Microsoft Cloud App Security
• Experience in O365 DLP solutions for DLP implementations in Exchange, SharePoint, Teams etc.
• Deeper knowledge on compliance frameworks, e.g. GDPR, ISO2700x
• Knowledge about zero trust and identity based security
• Knowledge related to Microsoft security recommendations
• Basic understanding of Azure Security Services (e.g. Azure Security Center, Azure Log Analytics, Azure Sentinel)

Frameworks & standards

• CIS
• NIST
• ISO
• CMMC

Many of our clients are Danish speaking, so Danish language proficiency is preferable, but not a deal breaker.
