Why is this role important?
Our paid performance channels are a crucial pillar of our revenue generation, so there is a vital need for meticulous management to ensure effectiveness and optimize lead generation.

But don’t worry; you won’t be alone with the task – you will work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager and the rest of the team ✌️

What will you do as a Performance Marketer?
In this role, you will:

• Conduct hands-on work in Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive lead generation.
• Handle a specific budget in alignment with the Digital Marketing Manager.
• Monitor campaign metrics to ensure performance targets are met.
• Make dashboards, sheets, and automations to help with daily operations.
  

Your day-to-day tasks include:

• Regularly changing the bidding in Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Creating campaigns in Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Doing analysis in Google Sheets to find insights and opportunities.
• Qualifying leads in HubSpot CRM.

About you:
You have:

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience with Performance Marketing.
• Familiarity with smart bidding strategies in Google and Bing Ads.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
• Background in economics, finance, statistics, data science, or similar technical fields.
• Enthusiasm about specializing your knowledge about a specific ICP and product (for instance, the pharma industry)
  

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with making reports in Power BI.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
• Some experience with SQL programming.
  

This position is probably NOT a good fit if your background is in:

• Social Media
• SEO or other content creation
• Similar creative fields
• Paid social
