Senior Upstream Process Engineer

We are looking for an Upstream Process Engineer to support our customers’ need for handling design and qualification of upstream equipment for a green field facility.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Uptream Process Engineer to join our team. As part of Alba Project Group we expect you to act professional, build trust with our customers and deliver as agreed. Furthermore, you excel in stakeholder management, in tactical and practical management of design, vendors and qualification of equipment as well as setting your professional skill high. Most importantly, you understand the value of teamwork, sharing knowledge and a good laugh at the office!

• You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Biotechnology or similar.
• Relevant experience with process equipment design, vendor handling and qualification (+5 years) and a track record in delivering strong results.
• Able to understand scientific principles and GMP requirement for designing and qualifying pharmaceutical process equipment.
• Solid reasoning, analytical, and people skills.
• You are self-motivated, results oriented, and have the ability to collaborate across functions.
• You are a strong communicator and sell your ideas effectively.
• Fluent in spoken and written English. Most vendors can be found in Europe.
