We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to support our clients’ needs for leading, planning, and executing complex projects within GMP regulated areas such as the pharma/biotech and food segments.
Job Description
As part of Alba Project Group, you will establish strong relationships with our clients, build trust, and deliver as agreed. Furthermore, you excel in the typical Project Management disciplines. You are skilled in stakeholder management, tactical and practical management of design, management of engineering providers/vendors/contractors. Finally, we expect that, as a senior within the field, you set your professional standards high.
You have comprehensive experience in successfully leading of project teams, and you are always ready to demonstrate leadership. As a Senior Project Manager, you will remain calm and focused even under pressure. Most importantly, you understand the value of teamwork, knowledge-sharing, and a good laugh at the office!
We would like your experience to include some of the following areas:
- You hold a degree in Engineering or a similar field.
- 10+ years of experience within Project Management.
- Certification in Project Management is (ex. IPMA, PMI or other) is an advantage.
- Relevant experience from CAPEX projects and a track record in delivering strong results.
- Good understanding of requirements and standards applicable in the pharma industry.
- Strong reasoning, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- You are self-motivated, results oriented, and show strong collaboration skills.
- You are a strong communicator and present your ideas with confidence.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
