Mature innovative ideas for new applications to support growth
Operating from the office in Ry and reporting to the Director of Innovation & Solution Management, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development and Solution Managers to generate and refine groundbreaking ideas. As Software Application Manager, you will lead innovation efforts and oversee software development initiatives, including fast prototyping and assessing the possibility of these concepts to support robust business cases. Furthermore, your responsibilities include prioritizing product backlogs, updating technology roadmaps, and translating market needs into detailed specifications. Moreover, you will ensure that final products meet quality standards and compliance requirements, playing a pivotal role in product lifecycle management. Additionally, you will provide strategic support, contribute insights to product line reviews, and support sales enablement activities. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to drive innovation in the marine technology sector and contribute to the continued success of Emerson Marine Solutions.

Product Owner with excellent stakeholder management
You are dedicated to solution management, product development, or product management functions. A technical educational background within engineering (marine, mechanical, computer, etc.) or equivalent fields, ensuring a solid foundation for understanding the complexities of the industry is a prerequisite for this position. Essential skills include a strong grasp of software projects, project management experience, and familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Commercial acumen is crucial, with expertise in project valuation and go-to-market strategies for driving revenue growth. Excellent social and multicultural skills are prerequisites for effective collaboration within diverse teams, alongside exceptional presentation abilities. Likewise, fluency in both Danish and English, written and spoken, is required.
