From our manufacturing sites in Denmark, Germany, Malaysia and USA, we export to customers worldwide. Fibertex Personal Care is one of the leading suppliers of high quality nonwovens and print on nonwovens fabric to the hygiene industry mainly in Europe and Asia Pacific.

Job Summary
We are now seeking a Supply Chain Manager for a new position in our Malaysian operation. The purpose of this role is to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations, ensuring that our products are delivered to customers on time and in full, contributing to the overall success and competitive position of our company. This position is responsible for optimizing existing and establishing new supply chains processes, enhancing collaboration with key stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer demands, minimize costs, and maintain high standards of service excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Support, develop and simplify the supply chain process internally and externally to ensure that the flow of products to customers is well managed.
• Lead or collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Planning, Purchasing, Shipping, Warehouse & Logistic to achieve supply chain objectives.
• Increase efficiency of Supply Chain through innovation and continuous improvement processes (Lean & Six Sigma). Master and stay informed of supply chain technology and approaches, be our supply chain expect and guide the organization to improve supply chain processes.
• Understand customers’ needs, maintain and develop positive business relationships with customer’s key personnel, logistics partners and 3rd Party Logistics providers to ensure a seamless flow of goods and services throughout the supply chain.
• Perform analysis on customers demand fluctuation to identify the supply gap, work closely with Planner and Purchasing to close the supply gap.
• Monitor actual demand rate by customers against customers forecast, trigger Sales to rationalize sales forecast to avoid overstock of finished goods and raw materials.
• Optimize the stock level in Warehouse, Min/Max update and WMI.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management/Engineering or other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within Supply Chain in manufacturing environment. Experience in overseas supply chain management is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• A team player who can optimize the collaboration and manage the flow of information between the supply chain and other departments to ensure operation excellent delivered to customer.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
