We are expanding and need someone to help accelerate the growth in Denmark. Do you have the skills and experience to play a crucial role in this journey? Falck Global Assistance is looking for a Key Account Manager who can identify, source and build long-term relationships with primarily B2B customers, but also B21 customers, in their respective market.
About the job
Your primary role will be to cultivate our B2B customer portfolio with new customers in your own market. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new leads and develop them into customers. As such, you will be responsible for every phase of the customer journey.
Furthermore, as the liaison between the customer and our internal teams you will ensure optimum service and satisfaction for our B2B customers, whilst achieving key targets in our sales strategy.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing your own customer portfolio from the process of identifying them as lead to becoming a customer
- Preparing and executing sales meetings and follow-up with both potential and existing customers
- Maintaining and developing relationships with our strategic partners, including insurance brokers and underwriters
- Contributing to the strategic development and objectives of Falck Global Assistance
- Participating in commercial initiatives for potential and existing customers
- Project management, including leading on larger RFP and writing proposals
About you This role offers an exciting and unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing division of a worldwide organization.
We are looking for an ambitious, target-driven candidate, who will set high standards and work with an independent and disciplined approach to grow our Travel Risk Management solution and has a proven track record within B2B sales.
The ideal candidate has:
- Between 2-5 years’ experience as Business Development Manager, Account Manager, Sales Manager, or similar
- The ability to develop prospects into longstanding loyal customers
- Great negotiation skillsExcellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word/PPT/Excel)
- Written and oral fluency in English and Danish
- A relevant education in i.e. BSc in Economic and Business Administration, BSc in International Business or a graduate
- diploma in Business Administration.
- Experience in the Security, Assistance or Insurance industry, with a good operational understanding, will be an advantage

We offer a hybrid working model with the possibility of working remotely. However, as the position demands a large focus on team growth and development, you should be willing to work from the office 2-3 times per week, as well as in case of certain meetings, team gatherings, or when otherwise required.
