Demand Planner, IMEA for Global Franchise

At Flying Tiger Copenhagen, we have recently started our franchise adventure and we are keen on supporting our new partners in succeeding. In this process we are looking for an efficient Franchise Demand Planner for our IMEA (India, Middle East, Africa) region. who can ensure that forecast and partner commitments are in place through a collaborative demand planning process. The objective is to maximize profit in the store network balancing product availability supporting revenue with stock carrying cost.

Our aim is to enable timely supply planning and procurement of all required products across all current and future franchise markets. This includes Campaign and core assortment for both initial allocation orders as well as a replenishment driving the flow of products from the Flying Tiger Copenhagen central warehouses into the franchise owned warehouses and store networks.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Drive core forecast process end-to-end with partners and ensure alignment with regional teams
• Develop and maintain rolling forecast on item level for core per market
• Report core stock in stores and report gaps on a weekly and monthly basis
• Develop suggested core replan on SKU level monthly per market (based on sell-out forecast)
• Update segmentation on market and regional level and track compared to CNWH segmentation and performance
• Maintain active core assortment overview with relevant master data
• Analyse opportunity with new items and define initial forecast
• Be involved in demand forecast on campaign items for new markets based on need
• Ad hoc demand analysis

This is you:

We imagine that you have 2-3 years of relevant demand planning experience working with dynamic markets/accounts and that you understand the retail and /or franchise industry. You are used to a high pace, and you are comfortable comfortable addressing new challenges on daily basis.

Further, we expect you to be:

• Skilled communicator and facilitator who enjoys building positive relationships when you collaborate across the departments and markets
• Strong in Microsoft 365 suite of products with super user skills in Excel and Power Point
• Proactive, responsible, and analytical

As we are an international team and our stakeholders are all over the world, we expect you to speak and write fluent in English.
