Become a value creating risk partner to the business
As a Risk Partner in BCPM, you will act as a trusted partner to the business through assessment and management of key operational risks and controls within their area. Specifically, you will be supporting the advisory network within Danske Bank’s Business Customers segment, an area that is undergoing exciting developments and is a key part of Danske Bank’s overall success. Your risk management advice will balance business risk with benefit considerations and will support well-informed and appropriate decision making.
You will contribute to the Advisory and Direct Banking Partner team’s strategy to provide high quality risk support by embedment of our risk operating model. You will also work with and learn from 10+ social, supportive, and experienced colleagues operating across the Nordic countries.
You will have a variety of day-to-day tasks including:
- providing proactive risk advisory that supports the prioritisation and mitigation of most critical business risks
- identifying, assessing, and managing operational risks on strategic change initiatives
- project managing risk related processes delivering high quality risk governance
- providing the business with oversight of its risks through transparent reporting
- continue to develop risk awareness through close collaboration with stakeholders

To succeed in this role you need: an analytical and structured mind-set, to enjoy solving complex problems, stakeholder and project management, and to be motivated by the risk management agenda. We are looking for a proactive, honest and curious person with high integrity who can own tasks independently, but also establish good collaborative relations.
You possess a relevant master’s degree within economics, business administration or finance. It is a plus if you have experience within banking, finance, consultancy or risk. The position requires written and oral fluency in English and will be based in central Copenhagen or Stockholm.
